Up one levelCUR is directed by John Mollenkopf, Distinguished Professor of Political Science and Sociology. (For the 2011-12 school year, Dr. Mollenkopf is on leave. Richard Alba, Distinguished Professor of Sociology, is Acting Director.) Professor William Kornblum, Sociology, serves as chairperson. Professor Philip Kasinitz, Sociology, is associate director. The Center's work is carried out by several full-time staff working closely with graduate students and other researchers.
